This is the first of my 6 Part Series, where I will focus on different access points, or portals, for Being in the Here and Now.
I begin this series where all life begins – the Breath.
Meditation does not have to be complicated, and it certainly does not have to take up time that you just don’t have.
This is the number one objection I hear from clients and people in my community – I just don’t have time to meditate!
