Got a Narcissist Parent? Then you gotta do these 3 things!

Empath raised by a Narcissist Parent? 3 Ways to Set BOUNDARIES

If you’re reading this and if you have been following my videos, you’ll know that I’ve been talking a lot about boundaries lately.

Boundaries are THE number one concern when it comes to walking the empath soul path.

And if you’re talking about empaths and boundaries, then sooner or lately you will be talking about…narcissism.

And so here we are…

This is something every empath seems to face, because, unfortunately, behind every good empath is…a not so pleasant narcissist. 😳

This has been coming up a lot with my clients lately and so this week I am diving into one of the hardest dynamics there is – The narcissist parent.

I have the unfortunate good fortune of having a lot of experience with narcissism, so I’d love to know if this is something you’d like to explore deeper. Hit REPLY and let me know if you’ve bumped heads with a narcissist! 🙋‍♀️

But I say good fortune in all seriousness, because I have yet to walk through any mud in my life that hasn’t lead me to a deeper, more beautiful connection with my soul.

I truly believe that everything is here for us. Regardless of whether we like what’s here, or not. We don’t need to like it in order to learn from it.

Even if you don’t have a narcissist parent, as an empath, you probably can’t throw a stone without hitting a narcissistic person.

If there’s someone close to you who sucks the life out of you, then week’s video will still be helpful.

much love,

Carolyn 💞
