Woooo-eeeee, the energy has been IN-TENSE lately, hasn’t it?!

With the summer solstice gateway, the sizzle of heat waves, school being out…..things are getting fired up – including our overactive minds.

So perhaps, like me, your fired up mind – in reaction to all this heat and all this activity – thinks it needs to “figure out” all the things you’ve got going on in your life right now.

How often do you find yourself saying; “I gotta figure this out!”

Then, as your mind starts rolling with that, you hit another scenario and your mind has to figure that out, as well.

Next thing you know, there’s a list of 10 thousand things you need to “figure out,” and your mind is so completely overwhelmed and your body is so stressed out that the only thing you can figure out now is Double Chocolate Fudge Brownie or Chocolate Peanut Salty Caramel?? (which one would you choose,?)

Well, in this week’s Guided Meditation for Peace of Mind, I’d like to offer you another way to figure it out, by using your heart instead of your mind to…

Feel it through.
There is nothing to figure out.
There is only this moment to feel through.

So instead of having 10 thousand questions about what to do about this and what to do about that and how will this work and how will that happen….and on and on it goes….. this meditation will help slow your racing mind down, ask your heart just 2 simple questions, and give you the focus and clarity you need to move forward with ease and peace of mind.
