Say Buh-Bye to Your OWN Toxic Energy! How to Set BOUNDARIES with Yourself!

-Raise your hand if any of this sounds familiar:

🙋‍♀️ I get really excited about starting something new, but then I second-guess myself and worry that I’ll fail somehow?

🙋‍♀️ Even though I try my best, I get anxiety that in someway it’s still not good enough?

🙋‍♀️ When things are going well, I get nervous that at any moment it could all go sideways?

🙋‍♀️ When things aren’t going well, I get super frustrated and convinced that things will never work out for me?

Yup, I’m right there with you. Well, at least I used to be.

My negative thinking, my self ass-kicking….my debilitating self-doubt and overall anxiety around just about everything I tried to do, led me to believe that my middle name was not in fact, ‘Margaret,’ it was actually ‘Worry.’

It’s just who I am, I thought. I didn’t think it was possible for me to be anything other than a tangled mess of fear, worry, stress and crippling anxiety.

But it was. And it is, for all of us. It just requires having better boundaries with… yourself. Which is actually your two selves – the You that you were, and the You that you are becoming.

The negative, heavy, i.e toxic energy of your old self, and the uplifting, nourishing energy of your new self.
