A Guided Meditation to Find Peace in Uncertain Times

A Guided Meditation to Find Peace in Uncertain Times

How well do you handle uncertainty?

Most of us do not deal with it very well. This is why the pandemic was extremely confrontational for us as a society – what we had come to rely on as seemingly solid and certain, was no longer so.

For the first time in our generation we were thrust into a giant question mark. When will this end? How will it end? What will things look like on the other side of it’s ending?

All of those questions ultimately boil down to the biggest questions of all – Will I be ok??

As we can all see, despite the pandemic being technically over (but not really), we have yet to settle back into the solidity of The Before Times.

In fact, doesn’t it feel like we are hurling towards more and more uncertainty?

When will the war in Ukraine end? What’s going to happen to with the housing market? Gas prices? Food shortages? The fact every year we are getting more and more extreme weather??

So many questions and yet very few concrete answers.

So if we can’t find security in the answers (which is all a trick anyway, because we never can) – why not find it in the question; that motherload question that comes with you no matter who’s at war or what the next virus is called – Will I be ok?

Go straight to the source, the big question, and find the safety and the security in your own OK-ness.

Which is precisely what this week’s Guided Meditation for Finding Peace in Uncertain Times is all about.

I guide you to a place of connecting to 3 things – what I call the pillars of uncertainty – that you can hold onto like a life raft no matter what is happening in your life or in this world.

Find you security there. And there you shall find your peace.

(And I really think we’re gonna need it as this wild ride gets even wilder. 😬)

As always, I am excited to hear how the experience was for you so please meet me in the comments to let me know! It means so much to me to hear from you. ☺️
