It is so easy to love the things we love, isn’t it? – our children, our pets, our partners, sunshine, rainbows and flowers. ☀️🌈🌺

But when it comes to loving ourselves….and ALL the parts of ourselves that feel undeserving of love…..yikes, that’s not so easy, is it?!

Perhaps that’s why, even though we know that ‘Love Makes the World Go Round,’ our world is so filled with hate. If we can’t love ourselves, how can we truly love anyone or anything else?
