Feeling LOST? Find INNER PEACE with this Mindfulness Guided Meditation for Empaths

Do you ever have those days where it just feels like all is lost? Like you’re in a dark tunnel and you can’t find your way out?

Of course you do, you’re a human being and it’d be weird if you didn’t.

Well the other week I had one seven of those days. So I did what I always do. I went out to see the horses. Turns out they were having one of those days, too! The flies were particularly bad and they were all agitated, unable to find relief from the onslaught of pesky attacks. They were in a dark tunnel of biting insects, and I’m sure it felt like there was no way out.

And yet, out they came, finally settling. Not because a wash of DEET fell upon them and wiped out all of the insects, but because no matter what, the horses always seek to return to stillness regardless of the conditions they must face.

And here we are, constantly trying to remove the conditions that we must face.

We may feel lost sometimes, but peace can always be found because it’s always there waiting for us.
