RELEASE Disappointment! Guided Meditation for Empaths – Embrace the Present Moment

The key to getting where you want to go is to be satisfied with where you are now.

This may seem like a paradoxical statement but I assure you it is not.

But wait! Why would I be satisfied when things aren’t the way I want them to be; when I wish for things to be different; when I want to have what I don’t have and when I have to deal with things I don’t want to deal with?! How could I possibly be satisfied with all of that??!!

Well, when we wish for things to be different the first step is finding peace within things being exactly as they are.

The drive for things to change often involves a chaotic battle to push ourselves against the present circumstances and to force things to be as we expect them to be.

This resistance to how things are creates tension in the body; in the mind; in our emotions. We become a frazzled ball full of expectations and this is exactly why things won’t change. We end up blocking the flow that brings change.

So this week I have meditation designed to help you Let go of Expectations so that you can Let in change and FLOW towards your dreams.

The horses remind us that no matter where we are we can stand there in pure presence and feel connected to our power.

They say, You can only be wherever you are, so be there!

I’m really enjoying creating these ‘horse wisdom infused’ guided meditations for you.
