2 Min Meditation for Beginners – Be with Your Body

I’m back with another 2 minute goodie this week.

What amazes me with this series is just how much we can get from so little.

Whoa, what a concept that is…..so much from so little.

Might that just be the perfectantidote to this crazy world that tells us everything has to be ‘Big’ and ‘More’ and ’10 thousand hours’!!

What other areas of your life could you benefit from the permission to receive more from less?
